Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. We are trauma informed clinician who are trained in a verity of trauma related evidence based practices i.e. EMDR, TF-CBT, PCIT etc. We understand therapy can be an overwhelming when confronting historical trauma. At Prevail Counseling we know the bravery it takes to overcome trauma and trauma related symptoms. We vow to walk the path to healing along side each of our clients.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your foundation. Family sessions may also be an opportunity to explore growth. If you're family is struggling with communication, discipline, understanding, or empathy, we are happy to employ family therapy techniques to conquer your concerns.
