We understand that, in this financial landscape, it can be difficult to find both the resources and flexibility to support your health and needs. At Prevail, we are invested in providing adequate care to our clients, regardless of their financial situation. However, we also pride ourselves on being highly-trained and highly-qualified providers in our profession. This is why we are happy to accept most major insurance plans as well as all Kentucky Medicaid plans. We also offer private pay options on a sliding scale. Due to contract constraints, not all of our providers are able to accept all commercial insurance plans. Please inquire with your preferred therapist or our admin team about what financial investment you are able to make.
