Our therapist are trained to treat a variety of mental health diagnoses including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and adjustment related issues.
I have found my passion in coming alongside clients in their journey towards understanding themselves and creating stronger and more powerful relationships. I fully believe that change comes from perseverance, empowerment, and the strength of the family system or the individual. I believe strongly in the power of advocacy and assisting clients in finding their best selves, and enjoy creating fully comprehensive treatment that will aim to improve many facets of life.
My strengths as a clinician lie in creating an empathetic environment, advocating for all therapeutic needs of the client, and maintaining sensitivity to the role that trauma can play on development and interaction.
I enjoy working with families and clients struggling with the impact of trauma, folks struggling with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, those struggling with life transitions, and individuals searching for a voice.

Living life to the fullest is sometimes easier said than done. I believe people are innately good and wish to do their very best. Sometimes we get to places where doing our best, or living our best lives, is the most difficult thing we can face. My goal, as a clinical counselor, is to help people see their potential and help them identify ways to reach that potential. I specialize in an array of client issues but find my expertise to be working with those who have experienced trauma in all ages and stages of life.
At Prevail Counseling and Associates, we have over 10+ years of experience working with children, families and individuals looking for peace in their lives. We want this peace for all. Our therapist believe with a little work, and guidance, this peace and calm is right within reach.

In a world that is filled with labels and titles, we are all simply human first. Being human means we are all bound to get it wrong sometimes and that life can be challenging no matter how much we have (or don’t have) figured out. As a person and a counselor, I also believe being human means your worthiness has no prerequisites, and I view life’s challenges as an opportunity to know ourselves and others better in a deeper, more intentional way.
As a therapist, I celebrate diversity and am passionate about advocating for the rights of all people. I aim to give each of my clients a safe space for their unique story to be heard. My goal is to help my clients discover their value and voice in a way that allows them to navigate the ups and downs of life with fluidity and grace.
I have experience working with children through adults from various backgrounds as well as experience with meditation and mindfulness, wilderness therapy, LGBTQ+ issues, health and nutrition, and more. I'm currently accepting referrals for both individual and couples counseling. Starting therapy is a courageous choice, and I am excited to collaborate with you on this journey.

It takes wisdom and courage to reach out for help when times are tough. As a counselor, I appreciate being able to work with clients during these tough moments, helping to find light in the darkness. Together we can use that light to illuminate the hidden parts of yourself, making room for more authenticity in your life, and to identify the spaces where you’re ready to grow. My goal is to help you find strengths in your story, make meaning of your struggles, and discover a path forward and through those dark and difficult days.
I pride myself in providing a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space for clients of all identities and backgrounds and particularly strive to cultivate a supportive space for those who don't fit neatly in descriptive boxes and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I love working with clients in their 20s and 30s, trying to find where they fit and how to move within a sometimes limiting and constraining world, as well as individuals, couples, and folks who participate in relationships with multiple partners.
